Hospital system review personnel mainly assess the quality of companion caregivers (only need to limit the platform to show whether the companion caregiver has passed the hospital's assessment).
After both family and companion caregiver agree to provide services, the family first pays the required fees on the platform. After the service period ends, the platform sends the money to the companion caregiver. The family can request a refund before the service starts or during the service period if both parties agree to terminate the service. After review, refunds will be processed or payments sent.
After the service is completed, the family can rate the companion caregiver, affecting the companion caregiver's homepage satisfaction rating.
